Our client, a cosmetic brand in Toronto is looking for a Accounting/Office admin.

Location: North York, ON 

Temp to perm 

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or PO amendments
Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Receive and process incoming orders
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies


Proven experience in Accounting and office adminstration 
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Manufacturing experience is preferred
