Safety Information

Everyone has a right to a safe and healthy workplace. Safety in the workplace is a shared responsibility. It’s something that everyone has to think about, from managers and supervisors to full time, part time and temporary staff. Great Connections helps ensure that the workplace is a safe environment. For starters, we put all of the employees we place through comprehensive health and safety training programs including our WHMIS program (Workplace Hazardous Material Information System), Forklift Orientation, Safe Lifting Training as well as In House Orientation as required, like GMP, SOP. We will ensure that you are informed and knowledgeable about the workplace environment before you step onto the worksite. We work closely with the IAPA (Industrial Accident Prevention Association), to keep up to date with current safety issues and to keep you informed about prevention.
