Our client, a cosmetic brand in Toronto is looking for a Accounting/Office admin.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or PO amendments
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Receive and process incoming orders
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Qualification:
- Proven experience in Accounting and office adminstration
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
