Banking Settlements Officer

Our client is a leading Canadian banking institution. 

 

07/10/2017 to 01/12/2018

Payrate: $19.30/hr

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training

Part time - 20 to 37.5 hrs/week

 

Must to have: 

Minimum Typing speed of 50 WPM
Data Entry, clerical and adminstrative experience 
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Internet Explorer) 
Excellent communication skills 
Previous banking experience would be an asset

 

***Partner Service Representative***

Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks: Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required. • Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset • Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role • Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task • Flexible in task assignment • Previous banking experience would be an asset

***Credit Officer - Small Business Team***

Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of data entry, clerical, investigations and balancing functions. Successful candidate will require strong command of the English language, both verbal and written. Telephone contact may be required. Perform other duties as required. Provides a broad range of operational support and/or performs general to specialized transactions or other processing activities. Works in an administrative capacity completing a combination of RightFax processing, data entry, teller entry postings, investigations and balancing functions. Able to demonstrate flexibility by adapting to change within business area and unit. Actively participate in any cross-skilling/training opportunities within the business unit. Advanced understanding of MS Office Applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint would be an asset.
