Banking Funding Officer (Bilingual)

Our client is a leading Canadian banking institution.

Payrate: $15.60/hr

Full-time: Monday-Friday 8:30am-9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm - schedule on rotation

Must Have:

• Bilingual
• Data entry 2yrs *
• Call center 2yrs *
• Tech Savvy (internal app for data)
• MS Office (Outlook / Excel / Word) 2yrs *
• Available for rotational schedule
• Call centre experience

Nice to Have:

• Previous banking experience

Main functions:
- the role will be mainly processing and data entry according to volumes and skills, may require the officer to attend internal / external call center
- provides accurate, comprehensive and Timely financing documents provided by dealers.
- ensure that appropriate escalation processes are followed.
- work closely with the credit department and the audit department.
