Robotic Process Automation Manager

We are hiring Robotic Process Automation Manager in our Toronto Downtown location. 

Job duties:

-- Leads in the design, development and implementation of robotic solutions that meet business objectives

-- Translating current business processes into strategic RPA solutions – including Cognitive Automation

-- Robotics Subject Matter Expert

-- Building high quality robotics solutions that are intuitive for senior audiences, simple to maintain, and drive business outcomes 

--  Builds solutions with the enterprise direction to facilitate integration across models

--  Ensures successful transition of solutions to the business for on-going maintenance, sustainment, and continued improvement 

Requirements: 

-- University degree in data sciences, engineering, finance and/or mathematics

--  7 to 10 years of experience in process design, programming, analytics, finance and/or consulting

--  Experience in programming concepts, particularly in the fields of Robotic Process Automation, cognitive learning, and machine learning 

-- Experience with Robotics tools is an asset, e.g. Work Fusion, Automation Anywhere, UI Path

-- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools an asset

-- Expert level knowledge in business process design, diagnostic work, organizational design, change management, and project/program management 

-- Able to work highly independently and manage multiple priorities
