Position: Project Manager Mandatory

Skills:

The Work Stream PM is a CMDB subject matter expert at the work stream level

• Interacts with application SMEs, owners, and users

• Ensures the discovery strategy supports the CMDB requirements

• Works with CMDB Manager and Tools Administrator to resolve issues

• Responsible for the end to end delivery of the project which includes managing project scope, schedule, quality artefacts, project team, communication, issues & risks

• Ensure the quality and consistency of all requirements documented

• Ensure the Requirements are consistent with the Program’s Scope and Business Architecture

• Managing review and sign-off

• Managing requirements risks, assumptions, dependencies and constraints

• Identify and negotiate project resources

• Coach, lead and motivate project team members
