Banking Contact Centre Representative

Our client is a leading Canadian banking institution.

05/15/2017 to 07/28/2017

Pay rate: $14.79/hour

Full-time: Mon to Fri from 11am - 11pm - Must be Flexible 

Location: Saint John, NB

 

JOB DUTIES:
- Candidate will be dealing with endorsement errors, investigations, reviewing notes on the system to see if the credit generated is correct, and if not, process calculations using internal calculators to find the correct credit. (80% of the time)
- Essentially they will be identifying errors in the past and investigate further using our systems.
- Candidate will NEED to determine if there will be any financial impact to the customer ( either a DR or CR). Based on findings they will be reporting back to the supervisor using excel spreadsheets and reports.
- The role focuses on candidate completing most of the work in Excel using spreadsheets and the internal systems.
- 20 % of the day will require the candidate to conduct mostly inbound or outbound calls based on their investigation/findings.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Strong analytical thinker; Must be able to investigate
- Strong data entry,
- Candidate must value accuracy and speed
- Strong attention to detail,
- Can manage their time effectively
- Candidate must work independently
- Excel skills to perform data entry and reporting
- Fluency in French and English

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 2 Years of relevant experience
- High School diploma/GED.
