Banking Strategy Analyst
Our client is a leading Canadian banking institution.

Payrate: $20.00/hr
We require an energetic individual who is a recent MBA Graduate (or Currently Enrolled) to work on a variety of special projects as part of a 4 month assignment.
Transaction Processing (TP) supports non-credit and credit related processes for Personal Banking, Business Banking, Credit Card and Wealth partners. The Transaction Processing Unit aims to be a best in class group that provides cost effective service to supports partner strategy and legendary customer experience.
Tasks include:
• Segment strategy, planning and execution
• Executive and operational reporting
• Resource (internal and external) management, policies and monitoring
• Financial forecasting and budgeting
• Governance, Audit, Regulatory and Compliance Review's
• Development of policies & controls
• Building large-scale Team communications
• Understand requirements, investigate, and effectively communicate recommendations
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders to identify, escalate and collaborate regarding potential risks
• Support the continued enhancement and evolution of the Operations Team through transparent communication

Advanced Computer Skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

Other Job Requirements:
• Recent Graduate or Enrolled in MBA program is mandatory.
• Strong oral and written communications skills are essential
• Should be resourceful, have strong organizational skills and work successfully with minimal supervision in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Must possess the ability to multitask; will work effectively with manager and team
• Should be conscientious and detail oriented in order to mitigate any risk to the bank
• Must demonstrate the ability to be resourceful and proactive in their approach
• Possesses strong analytical, problem solving skills and sound judgment
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, systems and applications
• Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Ability to take ownership of a situation
• Exhibits and encourages a positive and proactive approach toward change
