Full-time: Mon- Fri 8-5pm
Location: Markham, ON
Job Description:
• Responsible for processing and adjudicating Fraud (Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit, Banking) and Non-Fraud (Credit Card, Visa Debit) Claims
• Review eligibility for recovery based on Visa Rules (chargeback processing) and adhere to strict time frames
• Comply with Visa Operating Regulations and Debit Card Code of Conduct
• Handle incoming phone inquiries from customers and staff
• Place outgoing phone calls to follow-up on customers' request, ask for affidavits, obtain details for investigation purposes
• Meet daily targets and contribute to the achievement of department goals
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• 2 days on the job training provided.
