Shipping Logistics Manager

Our client is an artist based merchandise company that offers a complete turn-key merchandise solution.  Currently we are looking a Shipping Logistics Manager to start as soon as possible.

Salary: 40k

Job Duties:

- Overseas Production Shipping -Overseeing the logistics of brokerage and duties in addition to
shipping of over seas products, including lling out customs forms, and making sure everything happens within allotted deadlines.
- Shipping - coordinating and managing all shipping from Toronto, Dallas, and any misc.
pickup/shipment from another manufacturer or venue. Costs, customs, deadlines and logistics
managed and communicated to the necessary department managers ( VP Sales & Production Managers)
- Any issues with shipments will need to be handled immediately so as to stay within tight deadlines. 
- Warehouse Management - keeping track of all shipments going in and out of the company.
- Alerting online/production of what is coming in/going out. Managing the shipping area.
Need to ensure that Toronto, Dallas and other Tour Overstock per client inventory levels are always up to date and accurate, at all times.
- Touring Logistics - tracking sales on the road for artists and coordinating any necessary
advancements with festivals/venues, arranging for delivery and scheduling pickups for
clients when necessary. 
- Couriers - Making sure that we have accounts set up with all required couriers in all
required zones with the the most competitive rates. Making sure that the client gets the best options for pricing and service with all details on delivery times.
- Shipping portal - Must insure that client tour overstock inventory levels are up to date and accurate all times across warehouses (Toronto, Dallas and other).

Requirements:

- Must able to maintain a professional patient attitude with Clients, heads of department in all
forms of communication. 

- Must have 2 years related experience.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
