Access Services Rep II

Our client is a leading Canadian Bank.

Payrate : $18.30/hr

Start and End Date: 05/02/2016 to 10/02/2017

Summary: The main function of the Access Service Representative is to have expert knowledge of multiple tools and resources used to troubleshoot and complete client requests, ensure adherence to established processes and security guidelines.

Job Responsibilities: Excellent verbal, listening, speech quality communication skills. Ability to speak fluent English, Efficient multi-tasking; commitment to expedient yet consistent and thorough service. Able to quickly learn & understand. Ability to work effectively within a large team. Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic environment. Strong team interaction. Excellent work ethic. Strong troubleshooting skills using good logic and efficient methods. Flexible to scheduling changes and overtime as required. Demonstrate willingness to seek solutions through knowledge base documentation.

Skills: Knowledge of e-Mail systems, Knowledge of Mainframe ACF2 and Notes Applications. Good understanding of the Active Directory environment, Familiarity with Enterprise Directory, Knowledge of Security and Audit procedures and policies.
