Lead UX/UI Designer

A fast growing company in Downtown Toronto is hiring a Lead UX/UI Designer.

Responsibilities

• Work within a cross-functional team of developers and product specialists to specify, design, and deliver assets as needed;

• Develop and own a set of UX/UI standards and ‘best-practices’;

• Unify existing application UX/UI ensuring compliance with our new ‘best-practices’;

• Rapidly mock-up new prototypes;

• Accurately scope project requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the user experience and user interface design field;

• Expert level knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator;

• Experienced with Sketch;

• Experienced with rapid prototyping tools such as Flinto;

• Responsive/multi-platform design experience;

• Attention to detail, good documentation skills, and a passion for quality;

• Creative problem solving skills and lateral thinking;

• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
