Assembler / General Labour (Monon, IN, USA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Assembler/General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for the assembly of refrigerated (reefer) truck trailers, including installing insulation panels, refrigeration components, flooring, wiring harnesses, and exterior sheeting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble aluminum, stainless steel, and composite panels for reefer trailer bodies.
- Install foam insulation, refrigeration unit mounts, evaporator housings, and air chutes.
- Operate hand tools (drills, rivet guns, wrenches) and power tools (saws, shears).
- Assist with fitting, bolting, and welding prep of structural components.
- Load/unload raw materials; keep workspace clean and organized.
- Follow safety protocols, blueprints, and build sheets accurately.
- Perform general labor tasks including grinding, sanding, sweeping, and material handling.

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours, and work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
- Prior assembly, construction, or general labor experience preferred (but not required – training provided).
- Basic math and tape measure reading skills.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Steel-toed boots and safety glasses required.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Thursday (OT as needed).
- Hours: 6:00am to 4:30pm (10hrs)
