Sanitation Worker_Scarborough

Our client, a leading bakery company specializing in thawing and selling baking technology, is seeking a Sanitation Worker to start as soon as possible in Scarborough.

Location: Scarborough (St. Clair and Warden)

Shifts Available: Day / Afternoon / Night Shifts

Job Type: Full time, on going (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Start date: As soon as possible

JOB DUTIES: 

• Wash cleaning of machines, machine parts, utensils, etc. on production lines or inside the Wash-up Room area.
• Brush cleaning of walls, floor drains, and cleaning inside/ outside of building facilities.
• Sweeping floors, mop cleaning of floors, and at times cleaning of overhead structures, such as, pipes, beams, ceilings, etc., which will require him to go up the ladder.
• At times sweeping/cleaning inside cold rooms and storage freezers
• Collecting garbage from time to time and properly dumping to designated garbage compactors which will require him to bend and lift up around 15-20 kgs.
   

REQUIREMENTS:

• Wear safety shoes
• Can work with Allergens, such as peanuts and other nuts
• Flexible to work in different shifts.
