Forklift Operator / Shipper/Receiver - Start ASAP- Scarborough, ON
Our client, a leading bakery company specializing in thawing and selling baking technology, is seeking a Forklift Operator / Shipper / Receiver to start as soon as possible in Scarborough.
Location: Warden and St. Clair
Position Type: Full time, on going
Shift: Day Shift (07:00am - 03:00pm, Monday to Friday)
Afternoon Shift (03:00pm - 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
MUST be flexible to work on any shift as well
Salary: $22.11/hr + 4% vacation pay = $23/hr
Start date: As soon as possible
Job duties and requirements
- Experience in operating the stand-up and sit down forklift
- Prepping labels for skids, shipping receiving
- Must have Raymond reach and counterbalance licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have minimum 5-years forklift experience
- Ability to do heavy lifting upto 50lbs
- Must be able to work in a freezer, cooler environment. (Temperature ranging from -20°C to -35°C)
- Punctuality and reliability is a must!
Additionally, all qualified candidates will need to pass an on-site forklift driving test before starting the position.
