Our client is a fast gorwing cosmetics company, and it is looking for Office Administrator to join the team. This role will be part of a fast-paced, energetic environment where it will play a key role supporting the finances, reporting, HR, and operations of the organization. Ongoing accountabilities include accounts receivable/payable, manage/replenish office supplies, and other office/operation duties as required.
Location: North York (Dufferin and Finch)
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM
Job Description / Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, and ensure that the reception
area is appropriately maintained. Tasks include: answering and transferring phone calls, greeting
visitors, distributing mail, contacting vendors, etc.
- Responsible for data entry of accounts receivable and accounts payable, and general
bookkeeping.
- Prepare and manage vendor payment and payroll
- Organize, maintain and coordinate files and office documents, including scanning and uploading
- Manage/replenish and maintain office/kitchen supplies.
- Assists with special project when required
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Superior communication skills and ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with
- various levels of staff within the organization and other organization
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred
- Possesses an understanding of ERP, SAP, or NetSuite
- Good computer skills with experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
