Automation Test Manager

Our client is looking for an automation test manager to join their growing team in Montreal. 

Working Location: onsite in Montreal, QC

Primary Skills:

• Expertise implementing automation in multiple channels (API, Web Browser, Mobile Browser and App, Desktop).
• Hands-on expertise in test automation architecture, framework design & development and scripting
• Proven experience in building automation frameworks using open source tools e.g. Selenium, Appium, TestNG. etc.
• Hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks (for example, using Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Rest Assured, Cucumber)
• Proficient in BDD approach and tools e.g. Cucumber
• Working knowledge in the integration of automation testing tools with Jenkins, Bit Bucket Pipeline (CI/CD)
• Extensive hands-on experience in Java
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Modeling and Programming
• Experience of working in Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Airlines Domain experience is required / Commercial, Operations, Cargo

Responsibilities:

• Develop Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.
• Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of the project.
• Deploying and managing resources for testing
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
• Analyze use cases and requirements to design automation features.
• Enhance and extend the test automation framework, system, and libraries
• Provide support for automation issues for multiple project teams
