Bilingual Collections Agent

 Our client is leading Canadian Bank. We are looking for talented Collections Agent to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
- Perform Outbound collections call to Clients regarding pass due invoices/statements (early stage delinquency, courtesy calls)
- Answer incoming calls from clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
- Reduce client delinquency
- Perform other related Customer Service responsibilities as required

Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Collections or Customer Service (call center or retail)
- College degree or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Oriented
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bilingual - FRENCH AND ENGLISH
- Fast learner
- Sale acumen
- Comfortable learning new software
- Proactive

Schedule:
-2 nights (Monday-Tuesday) or (Wednesday- Thursday) 4pm-10pm and Saturday 8am-4pm: 19h/week
-3 nights (TBD) 4-10 and Saturdays 8am-4pm: 24.75h/week 
-Regular schedule 4-10 Monday to Thursday and Saturday 8-4: 30.5h/week

18 months contract, Temp to Perm opportunity

The training will be for a period of 2 weeks from 

Monday to Thursday: 4pm to 10pm.

Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

Salary ranges between $16.00 and $17.00/hour. This hiring manager will make an offer depending on experience and skills for each candidate.
