General Labor/Machine Operator/Packer - Food company ($14.50 - $16.25) Start ASAP

Our Client, a Food manufacturing company, is now recruiting for General labors/Packers/Machine Operators/Processing Operators for all 3 shifts starting ASAP.

Location: Kipling and Gardiner Expressway (Kipling ave & Evans ave)

Pay rate: Starting from $14.50/hr to $16.25/hr; plus 4% vacation pay on top

Shifts:

• Day, 7 am to 3:15 pm (Mon to Fri)
• Afternoon, 3 pm to 11:15 pm (Mon to Fri)
• Nights, 11 pm to 7:15 am (Sun to Thurs)

Position Type: Full Time ongoing long term positions / 5 days per week

Mandatory Requirements:

• Packaging: Working on the packaging line (we make sauces, so packets of ketchup, cups of dipping sauce, bigger bottles of sauce get filled and then drop into a box and then is put on a pallet)
• Palletizing, putting labels on boxes, taping up boxes, general housekeeping.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs (the boxes are filled with liquid, so they can be heavy).
• A clear Criminal Background Check required
• Machine Operator: Operator machine; Ensure label, weight, quality of the product is as per procedure; Documentation
