General labor / Assembler - Equipment Industry - Scarborough, ON

Our client in Scarborough, a manufacturer of Fitness Equipments, is hiring for General Labours / Assembler urgently!!!

Location: Finch Avenue East (Scarborough) TTC accessible! Easy Access!

Shift: 

• Day shift 8:30am to 5pm

Position Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.82/hr

Major Responsibilities:
 Assemble various pieces of fitness equipment for packaging.
 Ensure all equipment is in good condition when assembling.
 Package various fitness equipment models for shipping.
 Responsible for maintaining workplace organization and housekeeping at a high level.
 Inform supervisors on any issues, malfunction or defective parts.
 Any other duties assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
 Some previous experience in manufacturing, particularly assembly and quality control.
 Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
 Assembly experience and/or mechanical inclination.

 Energetic self-starter who works well independently and on a team.
 Professional, positive attitude with a strong and dependable work ethic.
 Efficient and consistent ability to produce high volume of quality work.
 Excellent time management skills.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
