Bilingual Telephone Banking Specialist (English&French) Overnight

As an telephone banking specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our incoming call centre clients. In addition, you will contribute to our team by identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow our business through your ability to advise and offer our clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs via the telephone. (Products and services include investments, new accounts, visa products, overdraft, telephone/web banking registrations and support, bill payment registrations, processing and general enquiries). As an telephone banking specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing high quality service at every interaction and ensuring customer concerns are being handled appropriately, while working in a dynamic fast pace environment. 

Also in this role, you must adhere to both professional practices and standards, and the bank processes and controls to achieve operational excellence. A requirement of the role is to meet monthly Sales, Customer Service, Productivity and Compliance targets. 

100% responding to inbound customer calls. Responsible for servicing customers with their banking requirements. (i.e., applications for new accounts, banking plans, access cards, money wires, payment of bills) and making recommendations of additional products and services to add value to the client's portfolio. 


Job Requirements: 
You are passionate about providing superior customer service and enjoy engaging in client-focused conversations, while being challenged with meeting and exceeding your personal sales goals. You possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a sincere approach to helping others. You are a self starter who will take the initiative to obtain solutions and are able to stay focused, pay attention to detail and follow established operating procedures. You are comfortable working independently and within a team environment. You have the ability to multitask and embrace change. Call centre and banking experience is an asset. 

This is a Bilingual role. Candidates must be fluent in English and French (read and speak). 

Availability: The successful candidate must commit to the following availability requirements: 
-Available to work anytime between 10:00pm and 6:00am, Tuesday to Saturday, including statutory holidays. 

The first day of work will be Aug.5, 2014. The first 10 weeks will be full time training, Monday to Friday. Hours of training can be between 8:00am and 12:00am. Attendance to all training sessions is mandatory.

Payrate is $19.32/hr

After the training, the payrate is $20.92/hr
