Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Our client is one of North America’s leading providers of bulk bags and packaging solutions. Currently, we are seeking a Sales Representative / Sales Manager to join the team in the Mississauga location.

  • Compensation:
    • Base: $80,000 CAD
    • Bonus + Commission: $20,000 CAD
    • Expected All-In: $100,000+ CAD
  • Report directly to CEO
  • Full-time, Direct Hire
  • Office Location: Mississauga, ON (open to Richmond, BC if the candidate is a strong fit)

Job Requirements:

  • 2 Years+ of Bulk Bag, FIBC, Super Sack sales experience
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product offering and how they apply to various industries/products
  • Identify and bring on new customer accounts, this includes:
    • Industry/Prospect Mapping
    • Cold Calls/Emails/Visits
    • Sampling/Quoting
    • Inventory/Usage Forecasting
    • Relationship/Account Management
  • Develop best sales practices (both external and inbound)
  • Attend various tradeshows/conferences/industry events (once safe to do so)
  • Track prospects/customer events in the company’s internal CRM/ERP system
  • Occasionally assist the team in other aspects of the operation as needed
