Production Planning Assistant

Our client, a leading CPG company is looking for a production planning assistant for a six months contract to join their location at Etobicoke.

Location: Etobicoke

Contract: 6 months

Hourly rate: $19-20 per hour (depends on experience)

Must Have:

• Strong computer skills in Excel and ability to maintain existing spreadsheets.
• Working experience with JDE.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Manufacturing experience preferred. 

Key duties:

• Maintaining filling dates in JDE 5 months out for both buildings-Date maintenance/ aligning dates in the schedule to the JDE on a work order level.
• Maintaining batching dates in JDE 4 months out for both buildings.
• Splitting both filling and batching orders on a rolling 6 week schedule for both buildings.
