Banking Contact Centre Rep (Part-time)

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Contact Centre Reps to join their team.

 

Contract term: 02/03/2020 to 08/02/2020, possible extension

Pay rate: $16.63/hr

Part-time: 22.5 hours (may be required to work up to 37.5 hours)

Schedule: rotational, Mon-Fri 8am-9pm and Sat 8am-4pm (availability required)

 

Summary: The Contact Centre Rep is responsible for reviewing residential property appraisals to ensure they meet conventional lending guidelines and communicating results to Sales Channel partners within the established Service Level Agreement. Acts as a subject matter expert for appraisals. 

Must Have:

  • Stong communication skills
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong administration and telephone management skills
  • Ability to identify and investigate non-standard operational / reporting / process issues

Nice to Have:

  • Bilingualism, English and French, written and spoken will be considered an asset
  • Experience in adjudication of credit applications an asset
