QA associate - Pharmaceutical company - Scarborough, ON

Our client- a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is hiring for a QA associate to join their team as soon as possible. 

Shifts:   8:30am-5pm (Day shift )

Salary:   $15.50/hr

Location: Scarborough (sheppard and mccowan) 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Filing QC & QA documentation, batch records, sterility releases and other administrative duties
• Assisting to QA/QC Inspector for Raw Materials to collect samples and material handling
• Assisting in maintaining training records control
• Assisting in Q.A. Quarantine material handling (receiving, repackaging & documentation)
• Ensure compliance in regard to housekeeping (QA/QC areas)
• Assisting in the submission of samples for shipment to third party labs when necessary.
• Participate in reviewing SOPs and other documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience in a regulated industry preferred
• Capable of effective written and verbal communication
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
