Bakeshop Reliever / Mixer - North York

Our Client is currently hiring Bakeshop Reliever / Mixer in North York area.

Location: Hwy 400 and Hwy 401

Pay Rate: up to $17.20/hour

Shift: Night (11pm - 6:30am)

Requirements:

• Must be in good physical condition to lift up to 55 lbs, carry and stand for the shift
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able to read, write and understand ingredients mixture
• Able to read, understand formula sheet
• Inspect the mixer prior to operation, scale necessary flavors for each batch of dough, mix the ingredient according to the formula.
• Properly record each batch on the formula sheets. Scale small amounts of liquid sugars, ice, and water, and ensure the troughs being utilized are clean before use.
