Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for an Operations Officer to join their team. We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years of prior admin or data entry experience.
Contract term: 24/06/2019 to 22/06/2020
Pay rate: $17.34/hr
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Rotational, must be available Mon-Fri 8:30am -10:00pm, Sat 9:00am - 9:00pm, and Sun 10:30am - 6:30pm
Must Have:
- Data entry experience, min 2 years
- Customer service savvy
- Computer savvy- Microsoft office
- Multi-tasking
- Attention to details
- Administrative experience
Nice to haves:
- POS knowledge
- Perform Base 24 and TMS updates
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to ensure inquiries, problems and issues are resolved promptly and effectively under all conditions
- Ensure change activities are performed on time, minimizing risk to the service/business environment
- Identify, resolve, or escalate service delivery issues and/or complaints
- Perform Base 24 and TMS updates
- Review\Dispatch service calls\work orders with accuracy and detail
- Dispatch reviewed service calls to assigned service providers
- Update service call tickets with relevant information from service providers or internal departments as required
- Follow up with service providers for any service calls outside of our Service Level Agreement
- Vendor Management – Monitor Service Calls and Work orders to completion
- Perform HSDPA swaps
- Review closure requests and determine accuracy before closing the ticket
- Other duties as required
