Bilingual Outbound Sales Representative (London)

Our client is a leading bank in North America. 

Job Overview: 

This position will handle primarily outbound calls to establish customers and sell products and services. You will meet formalized objectives for sales, productivity and quality. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will identify and act upon all sales opportunities, and refer clients to other appropriate business units within. You will receive extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role. 

Requirements;

You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales. You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions. Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. Candidates must be enthusiastic team players and willing to take an active role in campaigns and business building initiatives. Part time positions available with at minimum of 22.5 hours of work a week. Applicants must be flexible to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. with flexibility to work to 11 p.m. and Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Payrate is $18.75/hr
