Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. We are looking for a individuals with strong computer ,data entry skills with a high preference for previous banking experience
Contract term: 21/01/2019 to 29/03/2019
Pay rate: $18.46/hr
Full-time: 37.5 hrs
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
Must Have:
- Bilingual french and English
- Handle stress environment
- Detail oriented
- Quick learner
- university or in school
- Computer savvy
- Excellent communication
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- 2-4 years experience required.
Summary: The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
- multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and time management
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
