Bilingual Contact Center Representative (French/English)

Our client, a leading global producer of fluid flow equipment, is looking for a bilingual customer service representative to join their team. This position will require someone will strong computer and email skills preferably with a customer service or aftersales service background for their Laval, QC location.

 

Location: Laval, QC

Shift time: 8:30am to 5pm

Salary: 18/hour

Contract period: 6 months

 

Job duties and requirements:

  • Answers customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with excellent customer service skills
  • Pepare documentations and managing paper works
  • Experience and knowledge regarding sales, customer service and aftersales service preferred
  • Advanced computer skills for MS office
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French is a must
