Bilingual Banking Funding Officer I

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Bilingual Funding Officers to join their Credit team. We are looking for a Bilingual individual with previous customer service and data entry experience.

Contract term: 30/12/2018 to 13/09/2019

Pay rate: $ 17.25/hr 

Full-time: 37.5 hours

Schedule: flexibility for rotational schedule; Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 5:30pm

Must Have:

• Perfectly bilingual (French & English) 
• Exceptional customer service skills in order to deal effectively with internal and external parties 
• Computer savvy
• MS Office skills
• Data entry skills

Nice to Have:

• Banking experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in dealing with internal and external parties.
• Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external partners.
• Work closely in a team environment in order to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements. 
• Utilize existing data entry skills ensuring speed and accuracy are balanced out.
• Forward correct instructions to lawyers to ensure fundings are executed according to their terms for secured lending products.
• Provide service and support on credit fulfillment. 
• Document preparation, discharges, and maintenance activities and funding to best meet the needs of our customers while adhering to compliance.
