Banking Contact Centre Representative - Inbound II

Our client is a leading bank in Canada.

Reporting to the Team Manager, Client Services, the Insurance Advisor, counsels individuals in regards to their auto and property insurance needs and maintains the maximum level of service for our existing clients; handles service and sales calls to ensure the maximum level of service for our clients.

Start/End Dates : 22/01/2019 to 30/04/2019

Payrate : $20.50/hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 to 6 pm 

 

Must haves:

• Call center experience 

• Tax or registered products knowledge 

• Strong customer service savvy skills 

• New Grads with a business degree is beneficial 

• Multi-task 

• Investigate 

• Attention to detail 

• Excellent verbal and written communication

 

Job Requirements

An established track record of providing exceptional customer service.

•Previous experience in a call center and or financial industry would be an asset.

•Understanding Federal and Provincial Tax Act as it pertains to income reporting

•Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities within a highly demanding environment.

•Excellent attention to detail.

•Strong analytical focus and ability to problem solve.

•An enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and productive attitude at all times.

•Ability to quickly learn new systems, applications and processes.

•Able to keep resilient under pressure while performing in an environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
