Banking Operations Officer II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Operations Officers to join their growing team. We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Contract term: 2018-11-26 to 2019-05-18

Pay rate: $18/hr

Full time: 37.5 hrs per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Must Have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are entering tickets and carrying out data entry duties.
• Microsoft Excel skills – intermediate
• Attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Call center experience  
• Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing
• Banking experience
• Ability to speak French

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls
• Responsible for the timely and accurate follow up of client transfers from other financial institutions
• Update in house systems and work closely on ISM, EIS (Electronic Imaging System) and in house ticketing software.
