Banking Service Officer II
Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Service Officers to join their growing team. We are looking for independent individuals that have the accounting background, strong attention to detail, and excellent data entry skills.
Contract term: 2018-09-24 to 2019-05-31
Pay rate: $17.34/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 6:30pm (Part-time), 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Full-time). (Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours is a must)
Must Have:
- Speak up and ask for assistance
- Quick learner
- Familiar with computers
- Excel intermediate
- Data entry (speed and accuracy)
- Customer service, dealing with partners by e-mail and calls
- Communication – verbal and written
- Dealing with sensitive data and timelines
- 2 to 4 years of relevant/related experience
Nice-to-Have:
- Financial and accounting background
- Business background
- College or university or equivalent work experience
- New Grad
Job Description:
Fast paced high volume department within Waterhouse Operations. This is a data entry role consisting of moving assets of cash and securities for the clients within various lines of business such as Direct Investing, Financial Planning, and Private Investment Advice. A strong focus is placed on attention to detail, speed and accuracy and customer service.
