Inventory Cycle Counter

We are hiring Inventory Cycle Counter for a fluid flow equipment manufacturing company in Scarborough.

Location: Scarborough

Shift time: Day shift

Pay rate: $17/hour

Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager the Cycle Counter is responsible for making daily cycle counts in the warehouse in order to keep accurate inventory at all times. Identify problems with inventory and troubleshoot where the problems occur.

Job Duties:

• Performs cycle counting of inventory to ensure accurate quantities and values.
• Reconciles physical count to database to determine if adjustments are necessary.
• Generates inventory, error, expired lot/scrap, balance reports.
• Works with other departments to ensure inventory transactions are done accurately.
• Keep location clean and current; and does real time research and adjustments as needed.
• Performs other related tasks, as needed.

Skills requirements:

• Superior knowledge of math
• Must be a good decision-maker and can work with little supervision
• Ability to count accurately and be detail oriented
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds when needed
• Ability to climb up and down the stairs and ramp when needed
