Banking Recruitment Coordinator II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Recruitment Coordinators to join their Human Resources team. This is for a project involving switching HR platforms. We are looking for admonistrative professionals with documantation and data entry experience with intermwdiate Excel skills.

 

Contract term:05/03/2018 to 04/09/2018 (6 months), possible extension and conversion

Pay rate: $19.03/hr

Full time: 37.5 hours

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm

 

Must have:

  • Admin support ideally in HR department
  • Excel intermediate
  • Attention to detail
  • Eager
  • Team player
  • Organized, curious and proactive

 

Nice to have:

  • Previous HR or operations background
     

Summary: The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates with managing requisition flow, offer letters, new hire inputting and changes, as well as reporting. This position partners with Talent Acquisition team members and HR colleagues to deliver on a best in class talent acquisition strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review positions and liaise with Recruiters for recruitment approach
  • Review and process Internal Hire Form requests
  • Provide approved offer letters to the a TA Partner or Hiring Manager
  • Manage the new hire fulfillment process
  • Review and input new hire information into PeopleSoft, and generate employee IDs
  • Respond to inquiries regarding new hires and internal job changes
  • Manage correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality
  • Escalate issues where appropriate
  • Identify and recommend improvements
