Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Banking Operations Officer to join their team. We are looking for individuals who can interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
Contract term:05/03/2018 to 30/04/2018 (1 month), possible extension and conversion
Pay rate: $16.63/hr
Full time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm (flexibility to work within this time frame)
