Wealth Operations Officer

Our client is a leading bank in North America. Job Description: Responsible for review of all personal and non-personal applications submitted by company Wealth partners for Discount Brokerage and Private Investment Advice accounts. • Address deficiencies identified in account applications submitted to head office. • Review client identification and supplementary documentation. • Checking in account set up in the book of record (ISM).. • Ensure documents are indexed correctly on EIS with ACF2 id and plan indicator updated. • The roles require strong individuals who will focus on providing quality and service while developing strong relationships with our business partners. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detailed oriented and organized individual who has strong communication skills (verbal and written). • The candidate should possess strong problem solving and investigation skills. • The candidate will have to demonstrate an ability to work within tight timelines and pressure. • Proficient in ISM, Microsoft Excel and Word • Strong commitment to team work. • Contribute to the overall productivity of the team by maximizing individual efficiency, productivity, availability and flexibility. Overtime may be required during peak periods. • Make suggestions or workflow improvements to enhance the client experience and operational efficiencies. Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations - Knowledge of securities industry - Completion of CSC an asset, but not required.
