Our client is a leading bank in North America. Department Overview: Credit Card Services is an inbound customer service call center for our client's Visa cardholders. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service, in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. Job Description: As a member of the Credit Card Contact Centre, you will join a dedicated team of professional telephone agents who provide exceptional customer service for our cardholder clientele. Through inbound service calls, you will provide timely and accurate guidance and service to cardholders for a variety of our Visa product lines, plans and programs. Your responsibility will be to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations; contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls; and achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet our ever-changing customer needs. You will be able to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand our clients' business through cross-selling/value-add opportunities. Also in this role, you must adhere to both professional practices and standards, and the company processes and controls to achieve operational excellence. A requirement of the role is to meet monthly Sales, Customer Service, Productivity and Compliance targets. 100% responding to inbound customer calls. Job Requirements: At least 2 years sales experience is MUST This is a Bilingual or Trilingual role. Candidates must be fluent in English and either Cantonese and/or Mandarin (read and speak). The minimum requirement is to be fluent in one of Cantonese or Mandarin. If fluent in both that would be an asset. We are searching for enthusiastic, friendly, professional telephone agents who can quickly adapt to change. Have a proven ability to effectively multi-task & demonstrate effective problem solving attributes. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential. Demonstrated skills in identifying customer needs and providing sales advice solutions that benefit customers are needed to be successful in this role. Availability: The successful candidate must commit to one of the following availability requirements: • We have new hire classes starting in October, November and December. All classes have new hire training where the first five (5) weeks will be full time training. Attendance to all training sessions is mandatory. Guaranteed minimum 25 hours per week.
