Inbound Advice Sales Specialist-London

Our client is a leading bank in North America. Department Overview: Our client is customer-focused personal and small business banking business. Serving more than 11 million customers nationally, they provides a full range of financial products and services through its retail branch network, telephone, Internet banking, and automated banking machines. Direct Phone Channel is a centralized telephone sales channel which is able to cost effectively reach customers and external prospects through various marketing and advertising initiatives. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service. Job Description: As a Inbound Advice Sales Specialist, you will handle primarily inbound calls to established customers and sell specialized credit products and services. You will meet formalized objectives for sales, productivity and quality. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will identify and act upon all sales opportunities, and refer clients to other appropriate business units within the company. You will receive extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role. Job Requirements: ***MUST HAVE SALES SKILL AND STRONG OBJECTION HANDLING SKILLS*** - You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales. You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions. Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. Candidates must be enthusiastic team players and willing to take an active role in campaigns and business building initiatives. - Successful candidates must be available to commence training on November 18th, 2013. - Training: You will participate in a training program that is 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours weekly) for 4 weeks. Attendance is mandatory. - Flexibility required to work Monday to Sunday 10am – Midnight .
