Banking Service Officer

Our client is a leading Canadian bank. 

11/27/2017 to 03/26/2018

Pay rate: $15.34/hour

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order/receive and deliver documents, photocopy, data entry
• Open sort and deliver incoming mail and faxes
• Manage and respond to internal mailbox
• Prepare/sort and log items for shipment to storage department
• Uploading documents to systems and scan to email
• Report ordering, item look up
• Making calls to auto body shops
• Making payments on claims and other various duties as assigned
• Make EFT payments
• Reception duties, calling vendors

MUST HAVE:

• Ability to work in a face pace environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Typing 40 wpm
• Clerical background 2 to 4 years ideally could be less but personality needs to compensate and drive to learn

NICE TO HAVE

• Customer service skill
• Looking for long term career within the banking
