Banking Service Representative

Our client is a leading Canadian bank. 

11/06/2017 to 06/30/2018

Payrate: $17.30/hr 

Shift schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm M to F
Will they be working a rotational schedule :
Overtime or weekends required: no weekend work, half an hour extra if this is any issues

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:


Working in a Team of: 9 – settlement officer, settle transaction from store for example visa card or debit card to merchant like winners, fees posted, rejected tractions, investigate transactions, conduct credit, reconciliations

Typical work day-
A lot of training will be conducted: understanding the application where they are going to go and navigating and sitting beside someone the whole time. Once access is sit up they will be able to do bits and pieces. Card holder info, going in and touching live bank data.

MUST HAVE:
• Proficient in excel (navigate)
• banking industry background
• Organized and Attention to detail- card holder data
• Invoice processing/Reconciliations/Debits & Credits experience
• Self- driven – take ownership
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a related role /admin role


Summary:

The main function of the Access Service Representative is to have expert knowledge of multiple tools and resources used to troubleshoot and complete client requests, ensure adherence to established processes and security guidelines.

Skills: 

  • Knowledge of e-Mail systems: Outlook Exchange, Knowledge of Mainframe ACF2 and Notes Applications
  • Good understanding of the Active Directory environment, Familiarity with specific applications such as, but not limited to WebIR, RPM, AS400, EDW, Knowledge of Enterprise Directory, Knowledge of Security and Audit procedures and policies.

Education/Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 year IT College Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution and Technical training or equivalent experience in ID Administration 
  • 2-4 years experience required.
