Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for Customer Service Rep. for our client companies in Brampton and Mississauga.

Job Duties: 

  • Enter customer information into customer file, include customer load requirements
  • Log and process new orders from customers
  • Correspondence with customers on equipment availability
  • Logging and process new orders from customers
  • Notify customer of any waiting time as it occurs
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced capabilities with MS Office, including: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Working locations: Mississauga and Brampton

Britannia & Midfield;

Airport Road & American Drive

Queen St E & Dixie 

Rutherford & Clark Blvd

 

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour
