Recruiting Intern Recruiter

We are actively looking for Recruiting Interns/Coop students to join our growing company.
Working Location: Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and use time management skills to be able to work on 5-12 orders at any given time
- Daily update Workforce Management System
- Assist recruitment manager with qualifying top talent based on pre-defined roles
- Conduct test, background checks, reference checks and preparation of required paperwork
- Manage internal resources and recruitment process
- Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands
- Participates in other recruiting requirements as assigned

Requirement Specification:
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Multitasking, self-motivated
- Good time management skills
- Willing to work overtime as well as weekend when needed

Work Type: Full-time, or Part-time available, start immediately
Working Location: Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton
Training will be provided

Volunteer currently, with possibility to be hired as a permanent employee
