Mobile Application Developer

Great Connections is building the next generation workforce management and payroll solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Mobile Application Developer to build data driven mobile applications. 

Location: Dufferin/Steeles 

Contract position

Job Description:

Using agile methodology, you will be involved in the design and development of high profile projects with the leading staff agency technology solution. It is a contract role. The person will be working in office. 

Required Skills and Experience:

·         5+ years in software engineering

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development for mobile platforms including Android and iOS. (Java, ObjectiveC and/or Swift).

·         Experience with UI development

·         Experience with SOAP & REST API

·         Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework LINQ

·         Published apps

·         Knowledgeable about MVC architecture

·         Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server/Visual Studio Online

·         A degree in a computer science or related field

·         Strong understanding of OOP

Desired Skills and Experience:

·         Ability to work with a team

·         Work under tight timelines

·         Good debugging skills

·         Agile experience

·         Good communication skills
