IT Analyst Developer

Responsibilities:

-Elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, processes and business rules to drive business solutions

-Facilitate business process re-design, re-engineering and assess impacts of changes to other functional processes and systems

-Support technology design and re-design activities through interpretation and clarification of business requirements and processes

-Investigate and analyze opportunities to help improve business efficiencies

-Design, develop and implement business solutions according to standards as defined by the Enterprise Application Architecture

-Maintain databases, including but not limited to: stored procedures, views, optimizing existing queries for custom report and application needs

-Assist and support the project team and business representatives throughout projects and escalate issues/risks to the project manager as appropriate

-Lead the creation of test cases

-Create and maintain user guides, manuals and other related materials -Create training materials and conduct training sessions as required

-Provide day-to-day support to help business users maximize their use of existing systems

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field

-3+ years experience in developing Front-end screens using Oracle JDeveloper 10g/11g with Application Development Framework (ADF)

-3+ years experience using Oracle Application Server components

-3+ years of experience in Java, JSP, JSF, Java Script and XML

-3+ years experience in writing core Oracle PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, and Triggers -Strong understanding of ER Modeling

-Experience with a large scale ERP system required; Oracle EnterpriseOne

-Reporting Tool, BI Publisher is an asset
