Shipping Receiving Forklift Operator

We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk/Shipping and Rceiving  in a food production manufacturer in Scarborough. 

Temp to perm hire, $35,000/year, around $17/hr

Must have counter balance and walkie experience

Job Duties: 

• Responsible for preparation of all shipping and receiving documentation and ensure proper paper flow between departments.
• Coordinating the flow of all trucks in the yard
• Be the point of contact for all drivers
• Monitoring and tracking the performance of freight companies i.e. late for appointments etc.
• Working with customer service to ensure the requested dates on orders are up to date
• Prepping labels for skids(putting them on skids as time allows)
• Receiving into Fesh ERP, BV and SAP as needed
• Investigating all claims of shipping variances
• Prepping paperwork for all orders to be shipped
• Finalizing all shipping documents, including custom documents

Job Specifications:

 -- College or University Education in Supply Chain
 -- Forklift experience specifically with counter balance and walkie
 -- Minimum 1-year work experience in shipping and receiving
 -- Good communication skills and is able to work as part of a team.
 -- Has an eye for detail and a scientific approach to problem solving.
 -- Computer competent.
