Banking Administrative Assistant II

Our client is a leading Canadian banking institution.

06/08/2017 to 08/30/2017

Payrate: $16.75/hr

Full-time: Mon to Fri from 8:30am - 4:30pm

 

The administrative assistant will provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism.


Main Duties:
- will be working with team of 2-3 sales people and supporting with the booking of meetings, calendar management
- will be doing some phone call answering/redirecting
- will be completing some filing for the team

May include but is not limited to the following accountabilities:
- Answer telephone calls.
- Perform a variety of administration functions including filing, word processing, and mailing.
- Position will be mainly administrative with some client contact
- Schedule client meeting
- Doing bank deposits

 

Must Haves:
- must be extremely professional in appearance and communication
- excellent phone communication and comfortable being on the phone
- Strong MS Suites, including advanced Outlook experience
- admin/EA background, min 2 years experience 
- experience with customer service/customer management
- must be punctual, dedicated and for the best fit, easy going
