iOS Developer

Job Description
A fast growing company in Downtown Toronto is hiring an iOS Developer.

Responsibilities
Work within a cross-functional team of developers, product specialists, backend developers, and QA, to specify, design, develop, construct, and test our iOS application;

Modify existing application functionality to meet changing business needs;

Rapidly prototype new features;

Create compelling user interfaces and experiences;

Proactively work on assigned tasks and coordinate project effort;

Accurately scope project requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience;

2+ years experience with Objective-C and iOS SDK;

Experienced in developing apps with UIKit, Core Data, GCD, blocks, custom UI controls, Core Graphics and Core Animation;

Experienced building iOS apps using RESTful web services and JSON;

Experienced with social network APIs (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc);

Experienced with test driven development;

Attention to detail, good documentation skills, and a passion for quality;

Creative problem-solving skills and lateral thinking;
Able to multitask, prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
